Peter Searle

Peter Searle

Chief Executive Officer

Peter started his career in recruitment in 1988. By 1999, he was a Group Managing Director at Adecco and was responsible for the European and Asia Pacific offices of professional services companies. After a global reorganisation in 2005, Peter became the Chief Executive of United Kingdom and Ireland with additional responsibility for South Africa, India, Australia and New Zealand. In 2006 Peter left to join Spring as Chief Executive. He returned in 2009 when Adecco purchased Spring and was appointed to the Group Executive Committee.

Peter has an honours degree in Business and a Post- Grad Diploma in Marketing. His active interests include most sports, either watching or participating.

Chief Operating Officer

Janette started with Airswift in 2014 and has served as the COO throughout her tenure. Janette has a passion for investing in the development of people to help everyone achieve their aspirations. Throughout her career, she has championed new initiatives including diversification strategies, sales and recruitment growth improvements and operational efficiencies. She has led cutting edge programs to give her teams a competitive advantage.

Before Airswift, Janette was in various leadership roles with The Adecco Group over a 19-year period. Janette holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an MBA.

James Dymott

James Dymott

Chief Financial Officer

James is the CFO of the business and joined the organization in May of 2011. James graduated with an honours degree in Accounting and Finance and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993. Prior to his current role, he held similar positions covering domestic and international briefs in both blue-chip companies and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) within the media, retail, distribution, and postal sectors. James is married and is an active Freeman and Liveryman of the City of London. He also enjoys playing golf and traveling in his spare time.

Brad Dowden

Brad is an internationally experienced IT leader, who has built his career by effecting change and transforming businesses through the effective use of technology and information management. His experience has been gained across a multitude of industries over a period of 18 years from Global Fortune 500 firms to Internet start-ups in various markets including recruitment, banking, insurance, transport and local government. He has a passion for providing transparency, efficiency and improving experiences.

What makes Airswift different?
I believe it is our passion for the work we do and how we conduct ourselves in a transparent manner.  This helps us have much closer partnerships and relationships with our customers and contingent workforce, which ultimately creates win-win opportunities for the people we work with.

Why are you passionate about what you do?
Technology and systems are transformational in terms of the impact they have on businesses.  I am passionate about driving customer experiences (both internal and external).  Technology and information utilised correctly drives far richer experiences for our customers and ultimately frees up time to interact and solve challenges on a more personal level.

Central Operations Director

James has been with the company since 2000 and has held a variety of positions within the business including Strategic Business Development and Regional Vice President. James is currently the Central Operations Director and is responsible for the development and management of global operations, business process improvement, QA, safety, HR and the project management office.

Belief! Belief in what can be achieved when the right people come together with a common purpose, vision and ambition. Being with the company for as long as I have has allowed me to experience first-hand how a collective belief in what you are going to do combined with a clear understanding of how it makes a difference can transform and grow a business. Beth Bowen

Senior Vice President - Global Sales

Beth is the SVP of Global Sales and oversees Airswift’s major accounts. She is responsible for driving sales and key account management teams to cohesively deliver talent to the world’s largest process, infrastructure and energy projects. Beth holds a degree in International Business from Texas A&M University. She started her career working for one of the world’s largest oilfield services companies and has been in the oil & gas industry for nearly a decade.

Why are you passionate about what you do?
In a professional setting, I am motivated by the constant drive to develop value solutions for our customers’ complex and evolving needs. From a personal perspective, it is about competition. I strive to push myself through learning and development.

Kevin Davidson

Managing Director - Ducatus Partners

Kevin is the Managing Director of Ducatus Partners, which is an independent executive search brand within the Airswift business that was established in 2016. Kevin has over 15 years of energy executive search experience globally. Having lived and worked in Aberdeen, Houston and now London, he has built market leading search practices around the world whilst continuing to execute senior executive and non-executive mandates. Kevin serves on the board of the RGU Foundation and has an MSC (Economics) and BA (Hons) in Business Studies.

Senior Vice President - North America

Sam has 15 years of experience in manpower solutions. He has spent most this time establishing workforce solutions for large oil and gas companies. His most notable professional achievement is establishing Airswift’s North America business unit as the most dominant provider in the energy market. His most notable personal achievement is raising four beautiful children with his wife Emma – the two tasks have left him bald, but happy.

Ford is responsible for the strategic management of Airswift’s sales, business development and operations across Europe & Africa. With a career dedicated to recruitment and comprehensive knowledge of the European and African marketplace, he knows how to deliver tailored and strategic manpower and solutions. As a specialist in business development, negotiation, international tax, new country set-ups and client relationship management, Ford’s expertise continually proves to be essential to Airswift operations.

Larisa Katunina

Larisa Katunina

Managing Director - CIS

Larisa joined the business in 2001 as Recruitment Consultant in Kazakhstan. She has opened and successfully developed more than five hubs for Airswift and is currently responsible for four regional offices and seven remote hubs. Larisa took over Kazakhstan operations in 2016 to further develop Airswift’s offices in Atyrau and Aktau.

Larisa has grown a dedicated team of oil and gas staffing professionals who have the experience and competence to support the most challenging and unique projects.

Andy Ryan

Andy joined Airswift in 2006 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant progressing rapidly to his current position as Senior Vice President – Middle East.  His innovative approach to business and passion for delivery are ideally suited to the Middle East business environment, where he has helped Airswift grow to be the foremost manpower solutions provider in the region. His role is to drive the business regionally whilst contributing to the strategic development of the group.

We work in a constantly shifting environment, so we are often at the forefront of creative thinking and working closely with our clients to develop effective and efficient solutions. Calum has been with the company since 2008 and has worked for Airswift in Europe, the United States, Australia and the South Pacific. Calum has held a variety of positions within the business including Strategic Business Development, Country Management and Senior Leadership. He is currently responsible for the Australasian and Asia Pacific business units, which comprise 14 offices across 11 countries.

Vice Presdient - Latin America

Damir is the Vice President for Airswift in Latin America. He is responsible for establishing and managing sales, business development and operations in Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Trinidad & Tobago and Mexico. Damir has been with Airswift for 15 years in several senior positions.

Damir graduated with a Master’s Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Management from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom. Damir speaks fluent English, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, and Croatian.
