What makes Airswift different?

Our people. We are a people business at our core and the ambition, innovation, dedication, and desire to do things right for our clients, contractors, candidates, and colleagues sets us apart. Due to our global systems and processes, the service we provide is high-level and consistent across our global operations.

Why are you passionate about what you do?

Staffing and recruitment are at the heart of what we do. After family, our livelihoods are often the next most important part of our lives, and it can sometimes be stressful. Doing what we do, we have the privilege of having a positive impact on people’s lives, whether it be in the form of a promotion, a new job in a different sector, a move to a new country, etc. Working with people through these journeys keeps the flame burning!

Which Airswift value(s) do you think are most important and why?

All are equally important, but growth resonates with me both from a people and business perspective. With global markets on a firm rebound and Airswift’s successful shift into new sectors, ensuring we have a clear plan as we grow our business is vitally important. As we grow, it's equally important that our people grow in their experience and capabilities to ensure their continued development on their journey with Airswift.
