What makes Airswift different?

People, integrity and creativity.  We are genuine in the way we initiate and nurture relationships; many spanning decades at a time.  Respect and honesty are integral to the core of our Airswift culture.  This enables us to choose our selective partnerships at all levels, from Airswift employees to Airswift customers.  We create an environment that is fun, engaging, and innovative, making it very easy to do business with us.

Why are you passionate about what you do?

I love the variety and dynamic challenges that working in our industry brings.  The international needs of our customers requires an ever evolving knowledge base with the ability to create nimble solutions.  There’s an unlimited amount of experience to be gained.

Which Airswift value(s) do you believe are particularly important and why?

Safety, first, second and always!  With everyone operating safely, we can then turn to integrity.  This is the moral fiber essential to building trust.  Trust is not a matter of technique, tricks or tools, but of character.  Without it, we have no reason to continue.
