Our client is seeking a Senior Loss Prevention Analyst to work within their facilities located in Melbourne, Australia.

The Role

Collaborating with a team of finance and commercial professionals, you will play a key role in reviewing trends to identify losses borne out of retail theft/fraud and/or process breakdown in the business. You will be responsible to provide detailed analysis and insight into root causes of retail loss/fraud/theft and present these to relevant stakeholders.

This is a Melbourne-based contracting role.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and utilize tools, provide a detailed level of insight through root cause analysis on why loss and/or fraud/theft have occurred and present findings to applicable business units.
  • Develop suitable controls/and or rule sets to prevent reoccurrence of known fraud/theft incidents.
  • External benchmarking and keeping abreast of industry innovations and best practice.
  • Ensure suspicious/fraudulent and loss metric reporting is accurate and timely.
  • Lead investigations into suspected Retail fraud/theft/misconduct.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the Loss Prevention Analyst role to ensure maximum value in Loss Prevention processes.
  • Actively build working relationships with key Stakeholders to enhance the Loss Prevention and Audit Team’s reputation and provide exceptional value by addressing key issues that affect them.

 

Requirements

  • Degree level in a finance or related discipline desired.
  • 5+ year’s business experience in a Finance, Loss Prevention or Retail role.
  • Self-starter with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and nurture key relationships.
  • Strong commercial thinking & sound judgement.
  • Understanding of Retail Operations and back-office control activities.
  • Uncompromised attention to detail and strong transactional data analytical skills.
  • Previous investigation experience is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Understanding and managing Python script

 

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree qualification in a finance or related discipline, or equivalent.

Our Operator client are recruiting for a Materials Analyst to join the Wells Engineering team in Aberdeen.  The role will review equipment requirements for all well activities within the UK operations.

Key Responsibilities and background:

  • Review well networks for all required materials for drilling and completion activities
    • Well Status Diagram to be used to establish equipment requirements
  • Liaising with relevant Detailed Design Engineers (drilling and completions) to ensure correct specification of equipment is populated in well networks
  • Liaising with Supply Chain Material Analyst to ensure equipment demand within each well network is accurate, with suitable lead time for ordering of all items in place
  • Liaising with relevant Well Engineering Team Lead to confirm no shortfalls in equipment requirements for each well activity
  • Sourcing of appropriately sized handling pup joints from third parties for a variety of assemblies and operations
  • Managing order times to comply with Well Engineering endorsed drilling / completing sequence and also meeting Service Quality Plan (SQP) target dates
  • Populating required assembly sheets (e.g. Completion Make-Up folder)
  • Engaging with third parties to ensure stock items are arriving on schedule and assisting with assembly make-up scheduling
  • Management of items returning to stock (i.e. movement of item to alternative network or recommendation to scrap) with a focus on retaining zero ‘grey stock’ inventory across all Wells networks
  • Responsibility for the accuracy of well networks will reside with the appropriate drilling / completion engineer. The Material Analyst will perform the work of reviewing each well activity network and will interact with the FE engineers to ensure accuracy.

Critical Skills & Personal Attributes:
 
  • Solid experience within a Materials Analyst role, supporting oil & gas industry – ideally with drilling / wells equipment knowedge
  • Strong competence in Microsoft Office software packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
  • Ability to manage project schedules and work proactively to deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to interact across multiple layers within the Wells organisation, as well as with various third-party vendors.

During the Jansz-Io Compression (J-IC) Project the Filed Control Station (FCS) Inlec Technician will be a member of the pre-operations team and FCS campaign team.
Duties will include supporting the J-IC FCS detailed design, training and competency assurance for the FCS Campaign team, input to and validation of the FCS operating and maintenance procedures / work instructions and tabletop exercises to validate the support and logistics procedures for the Jansz FCS.
The FCS campaign team will deploy to the construction yard and offshore to support commissioning and start-up of the Jansz FCS. The team will be an integral part of the commissioning and start up team and will be required to have international mobility.

Job Description: 
Job duties of Sales Product Measurement Consultant 
•    Expert in flow measurement and metering of all types of product. Provides consultations and recommendations on selection of measurement system for oil, gas, LPG and sulfur and processes. 
•    Expert in measurement of oil products quality. Provides consultations, recommendations on improvement of analysis for oil, gas and other oil products. 
•    Company Representative in the sphere of measurements during partner audit. 
•    Leads the efforts on closing gaps found during audits of Company product measurement equipment and custody transfer systems, including development of specifications for projects to meet Company and ROK regulatory requirements. 
•    Works with project groups to ensure compliance with the requirements of SFO, ROK regulatory documents at engineering stage. 
•    Represents Company at meetings with government agencies and oil and gas measurement events, and for all types of measurements associated with the state regulatory control (emissions, flaring, etc.) as related to provision with measurement devices.

Sales product accounting:
•    Leads the process of measurement and metering of oil and oil products exported by Company. Participates in resolving disputes on compliance with product metering requirements.
•    Prevents losses due to inaccurate measurement of product and shares best practices and lessons learned, planned maintenance, calibrations, loss control and proposed changes to new or existing equipment or processes. 
•    Analyzes sales product flow and real-time accounting. 
•    Reviews monthly transportation loss/gain data with transporters, which include CPC-K, and Company Marketing and Transportation. 
•    If excessive loss/gain is found, liaises with Metrology to recheck or reverify the measurement data.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Joint Interest, this role will provide drafting, analytical and administrative support to the Company portfolio of jointly owned assets in the Conventional business. The key activities of this position will be to draft, analyze, interpret, implement, and administer all types of Joint Interest and ad-hoc agreements, updating systems, preparing reports, drafting executive summaries and/or presentations for managerial review, and providing other support functions to the larger Conventional Commercial Services and Business Development group.

Responsibilities & Deliverables

On behalf of our customers, we are currently recruiting for a SPS QA/QC LEAD ENGINEER to be placed in Paris and would be on a min. 1-year contract with the possibility of extension.
 
Responsibilities 
  • Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding H3SE policies and procedures, implementing H3SE rules and requirements within the relevant area of responsibility and complying with H3SE training requirements.
  • Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and promote the re-enforcement of the Anti-Corruption Program.
  • During the Service execution, the Service holder will need to ensure that:
    • Project QMS will be duly implemented by all team members of the SPS package.
    • The SPS EPC and Service Contractor Quality Management System will be fully developed, established & maintained in compliance with the EPC Contract, and that specifically, but not limited to, will be in line with Contract Exhibit H.
    • The SPS EPC and Service holder will be enforcing contractual commitments; will be implementing its own Contract Quality Plan and Objectives, and will be safely, effectively, and timely performing its activities according to the Company specifications, designs, and codes.
    • The SPS EPC and Service holder will be controlling specifically the most relevant ISO 9001 processes such as quality audit, quality NC management, corrective and preventive actions management, KPI management, quality inspections, lesson learnt and feedback management, calibration and testing management, and technical standards management.
    • The service holder will also be controlling the most relevant ISO 9001 processes, including quality audit, quality NC management, corrective and preventive actions management, KPI management, lesson learnt, and feedback management.
  • The Service will need to provide supervision of the day-to-day Contractors’ quality activities and witness/monitor/review the Supervisors/Inspectors' activities during the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Service works carried out by SPS Contractor or subcontractors.
  • The service holder will be responsible for approving the SPS Contractor’s Project Quality Plan and specific components/parts/sub-assembly/assembly, Inspection Test, and any other quality document of the SPS contractors or vendors or subcontractors.
  • SPS Contractor standard quality activities will need to be always followed, together with being attentive to identifying any gaps with Project-specific quality requirements.
  • The Service will provide follow-up, coordinate, and with the assistance of local Supervisors/Inspectors, the quality system at the Contractor’s manufacturing sites, fabrication yards, and key sub-vendors facilities.
  • The Service holder will be producing, finalizing, and distributing Quality Dossiers, including all the necessary certifications as well as the finalization of the manufacturing record book associated with item deliverables, promptly.
  • The Service holder will liaise with Third Party Inspection and Certification authorities, directing them regarding key issues in terms of timing and locations and providing them with all tech specs to carry out the work.
  • The Service holder will be monitoring, correcting, and reporting the Contractor’s working practices and work deliverables, as needed.
  • The Service Provider will consistently liaise actively with the COMPANY Project Quality Manager and other members of the project Quality Team as well as the SPS QA/QC Leads.

Skills / Qualifications 
  • Knowledge of the SPS Products and relevant Quality regime
  • Significant working experience in a similar service within the Oil and Gas field
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English
  • Professional Experience: 15 years minimum
  • Experience within project/s: 10 years minimum

Responsibilities 
  • Compile and analyse the execution documents necessary for operations.
  • Manage the crane activity for the activities for which he is responsible.
  • Prepare the lifting plans necessary for operations.
  • Prepare or review risk analysis associated with operations.
  • Participate in the definition of the human and material resources necessary for operations.
  • Participate in preparation meetings and carry out safety presentations.
  • Carry out preliminary vessel inspections before starting operations.
  • Prepare and establish work permits for operations on base and on board vessels following the organization of activity control as well as the dialogues of associated security (Tool Box Talk).
  • Carry out instructions during shift changes.
  • Carry out reporting of Operations activities to the Project Manager.
  • Check the activity entry and imputations of subcontractors before validation by the Project Manager.
  • Inventory equipment during loading and unloading of ships and inform of damage to equipment in return for operations.

  • In order to meet project demands, to compensate for the departures of Corrosion Engineers and the incessant increase in workload of the current team, we are looking for a Materials Engineer / Materials Selection (M/F) whose main mission will be to provide technical support to team members, both in the study phase and in the construction/supervision phase:
  • Analysis / evaluation of contractual, environmental and process conditions linked to each project.
  • Assessment of the risks of corrosion and/or degradation of materials.
  • Selection of materials,
    Definition of anti-corrosion strategies based on the lifespan of the installations
  • Specification of the overall anti-corrosion plan
  • Development of MSD (Material Selection Diagram)
  • Writing project specifications (e.g.: corrosion monitoring)
  • Site support
  • Site expertise and writing of associated reports
  • Management of laboratories within the framework of expertise

Skills / Qualifications

Your main responsibility will be to Coordinate between the Project Team (PT) and Operations to define the documentation and information to be handed over to support operations planning, start-up preparations, and ultimate operations, including formats and characteristics of the information management systems and tools. 

You’ll also develop Documents for Operations (DFO) Strategy; interfacing with stakeholders on requirements and delivery and ensure Contractor and Supplier documentation and information deliverables meet contract requirements for handover to Operations 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate communications and efforts between the PT and Operations to plan and execute Documents for Operations schedule and processes to meet Company Specifications  

  • Ensure Company requirements for DFO are understood by the PT and its Contractors and Suppliers  

  • Interface with Project Team members to support identification of start-up, integrity critical and ready for Operations deliverables  

  • Plan and conduct DFO workshops, refresher training sessions and roll DFO expectations and requirements to PT and its Contractors as necessary  

  • Provide guidance, and Facilitate resolution of DFO queries and deviations  

  • Monitor the PT progress of the review of DFO deliverables, turnover from the contractor to the PT, and handover to operations, report the status of DFO review to handover cycle for tracking purposes  

  • Identify Gaps and provide resolutions. Report deficiencies to Information Management Lead  

  • Transmit Early Deliverable / Final Deliverable information packages to Operations 

  • Proactively bring to the attention of the Project Information Management Lead any issues that could potentially impact final documentation quality, cost or schedule 

  • Determine the frequency and perform DFO internal audits within the PT and external audits of Contractor and Sub-Contractor teams and ensure resolution of issues raised  

  • Ensure adequate performance measurements are implemented to support DFO progress and reporting.  

  • Ensure all final DFO drawings, documents, and their associated attributes are progressively loaded into Company Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) (UDocs)  
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or engineering disciplines desired  

  • Experience in areas of operations and/or project technical support, including working experience with document management, and IT systems and tools  

  • Expert level proficiency in Information Management skill area  

  • Understanding of information and documentation needs and uses in operating oil and gas facilities  

  • Experience in a Production, Refining or Chemicals operations technical support organization  

  • Strong skills for communicating and interacting with teams.  

  • Ability to influence outcomes to meet specified requirements without direct authority over the teams responsible to produce the deliverable
