In 2018, ODE was commissioned to provide engineering services for the East Anglia ONE project - a 102 turbine-strong offshore wind farm rated at seven megawatts each.
Airswift worked with ODE to provide clean energy talent acquisition services. This included contract recruitment for onshore HV cabling, onshore substation, project management teams and archaeological positions.
We also helped source talent for land owner and third-party crossings, project services, document control and contract management.
SBM's inaugural offshore wind project represented a significant milestone for the company, and it was one of the few floating wind projects that were currently under construction.
Airswift were able to offer our expertise in contract recruitment to assist SBM in sourcing a team of highly skilled QA/QC Inspectors who would be stationed at the fabrication site in Fos sur Mer, located in the southern region of France.
These positions were critical for SBM, as the project was considered a flagship initiative, and there had been delays that had placed significant pressure on the company to deliver on its commitments.
We were able to respond quickly and efficiently by securing the services of five contractors in France and an additional ten contractors in China to support SBM in meeting its project deadlines.

As Boskalis' renewable energy recruitment agency, Airswift helped to deliver top renewable energy professionals for various roles, including project management, project engineering, offshore construction, and management.
As a result of successfully supporting various Vestas projects worldwide, Airswift was selected as their primary partner for turnkey workforce solutions throughout the duration of the Turitea wind farm project in New Zealand.
