We were engaged to source a Static Equipment Engineer for a high-profile LNG project, requiring deep technical expertise and a strong safety mindset. The role demanded detailed engineering oversight for over 8,000 technical documents, close adherence to HSE protocols, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams. Our search focused on candidates with eight or more years’ experience in oil and gas, proficiency in static and thermal equipment (including cryogenic exchangers, flare systems, and slug catchers), and a proven ability to manage vendor relationships and commissioning activities.
We successfully headhunted a Chartered Engineer who brought a strong track record in reviewing deliverables for compliance, quickly resolving site queries, and fostering a robust safety culture. Their technical acumen and leadership enabled timely project execution, ensured quality documentation and streamlined the commissioning process, supporting both the London engineering phase and eventual site mobilisation in Mozambique. This solution provided immediate impact and lasting value for our client’s critical infrastructure development.
We were engaged to source a CTS Representative (Consultant) for a flagship €6 billion green steel project, supporting a major sustainable engineering firm. The role required remote UK coverage with travel, focusing on project delivery, client liaison, and technical oversight within the process, mining, and metals sector. Essential skills included in-depth knowledge of decarbonisation, green technology, and process optimisation on industrial sites, as well as expertise in stakeholder management and the coordination of multi-disciplinary teams.
Following a targeted headhunting campaign, we secured a candidate with over 12 years’ experience delivering large-scale, sustainable engineering projects across Europe and Africa. Their proven track record in driving solutions for process innovation and industrial integration exceeded client expectations.
