OBJECTIVE
- This role will manage the tree installation and tooling engineering design, procurement, fabrication and installation scope.
- Commencing Q1 2023, you will be responsible for delivery of the project’s tree system installation and associated tooling packages under the SURF EPCI and PDS contracts for Production and CCS trees.
- Package management for tree system installation and associated tooling scope (engineering, procurement and fabrication, installation) under the SURF EPCI contract in line with the Company’s systems and processes from specification, tender and award to delivery

Role Description

The Controls Analyst reports to the Project Services Manager. The focus of the position is to provide cost and schedule support for a major capital project located in Rodeo, CA.
The position works closely with Project Managers, team members, Engineering / Construction contractors, Operations, and other project Stakeholders. MAIN FUNCTIONS

- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled work site inspections/assessments, as required by the EMP and/or loan agreements and as directed by the project’s Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Manager (Safety/Environmental Advisor 2 position)
- Ensure the proper identification, recording, reporting, and rectification of SSHE compliance initiatives, near misses and non-compliance situations
- Provide limited advice related to regulatory approvals and compliance as specified by applicable laws/regulations • Interface with regulatory agency field inspectors

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Position overview
The Project Planner will provide a complete project planning and scheduling support service to a project (or sub-project) in line with all corporate processes, procedures, templates and tools as described. The Project Planner reports to the Project Control Lead within the project and will undertake tasks as directed to fulfil both BU and Asset planning requirements – where no Project Control Lead is in place, then they will report to the Project Manager(s) directly. The Project Planner also has a functional reporting line to the PRO Excellence Project Planning Manager who has personnel responsibility for this role.Key responsibilities
Responsible for development and management of all planning deliveries to the Project. Provide Schedule Risk modelling support to the Project as required.
