We keep records of the employees’ working hours, and we warn the client about the risks of processing and idle time. In relation to other categories of employees, Airswift reports on the possible additional costs in a timely manner (preferential categories of employees, workers combining work and getting education, etc.).
We adapt our employment contract format in accordance with client needs. This enables personnel management that is most convenient for the client.
For first time clients, we act as a consulting partner on the advantages and disadvantages of this option and advise about possible project risks (location, working conditions, etc.).
