Responsibilities:
- Interact with internal staff and external business contacts.
- Monitor group mailbox, assign to responsible users, and perform follow-ups as needed.
- Ensure Error Requests are being timely worked.
- Create weekly performance reports.
- Back up master data roles.
Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
- Effective communication and follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated analytical ability.
- Highly organized and pays close attention to details.
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
- Minimum 7 years administrative experience.
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in oil and gas logistics.
- Associates Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
- Knowledge of Livelink Document Management features.
- Proficient in SAP.
