As a Completions Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the CCMS Lead in the day-to-day administration and coordination of the project Completions Commissioning Management System (CCMS). You will collate, administers, and supports the compilation and handover of Construction Verification and commissioning deliverables inclusive of staged based delivery of Stage 1 & Stage 4 handover dossiers and punch list data.

What you’ll do
The role responsibilities include:
- Oversee and facilitate On-Site CCMS and handover activities.
- CCMS System - Train and Support site based EPCM and Contractor CCMS Admin personnel.
- Educate on Construction, Quality and Handover Requirements.
- Support, streamline and Improve Work Processes.
- Provide coordination, support, governance and validation for EPCM and Contractor CCMS Inspection & Test (ITR) deliverables.
- Provide coordination, support, governance and validation of EPCM and Contractor CCMS imports and Punch listing processes and CCMS Certificates (CVC, NOE, CSCC, RFLC & CCC).
- Provide compilation, coordination and support of Dossier handover packs, handover schedules and dossier deliverable requirements.
- Prepare and Review Documentation / Files for CCC System Handover Package.
- Validate systemisation for shut downs and tie-ins.
- Ensure data integrity is maintained throughout project via MOC processes along with ensure all CCMS population requirements understood by Contractors and subcontractors.
- Keep CCMS Lead aware of any issues with the scheduling and performance of completions scope.
- Ensure that Contractor CCMS personnel are aware of requirements and responsibilities and also provide support and mentoring to contractor completions administrators.
- Delivering CCMS Presentations and training to end users within Project and Contractor teams.
- Publish Site based CCMS reporting on Contractor and EPCM progress and Handover deliverables.
- CCMS support for preservation as required.
- General CCMS administration and Auditing Tasks.
- Relevant experience in the administration and coordination of CCMS systems.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of Completions processes and protocols.
- Demonstrable experience in supporting CCMS processes and completions teams.
- Advanced verbal communication and presentation skills, with throw knowledge of Advanced data management and manipulation skills.
- Self-starter, able to organize and establish priorities.
- Ability to form and foster collaborative relationships internally and externally.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines.
