Airswift is seeking a Turnaround Contracts & Procurement to work with one of our clients in the oil and gas industry in Calgary, AB on a 18-month contract.
- Strong negotiations experience with attention to detail.
- Experience developing, executing, and managing SCM procurement plans and strategies.
- Experience creating, editing templates; award documents, negotiation strategies, contract commercial requirements, recommendations to award
- Strong analytical experience specific to bid evaluations
- This position will schedule and attend multilevel management meetings. Must present oneself professionally with strong communication skills and the ability to provide timely feedback to Manager. Recognize when Manager should be consulted.
- Ability to influence and inform stakeholders.
- Ability to think outside the box, provide stakeholders with relevant options while maintaining Company SCM Governance practices
- Understanding of Contract Terms and Conditions. Manager and internal legal support available.
- Ability to manage conflicts in a professional manner and escalating to Manager when necessary.
- Ability to manage large work load with tight deadlines
