Airswift is seeking a Technical Consultant to work in Colombia, with one of our clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure and customize the solution to meet specific customer business needs, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience
• Create and implement customizations that extend the core functionality of the platform, addressing unique client requirements
• Assist in the design and documentation of the system architectures that align with client requirements and organization's platform capabilities
• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of integrations, leveraging various technologies and protocols to ensure seamless data flow
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of the solution including data validation internal to the solution and feature/ requirement output
• Contribute to the development of compelling software demos, showcasing key features and benefits of the solution to potential clients
• Support the design and deliver comprehensive training programs to end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize the implemented solution
• Provide high-quality technical support across L1-L3 levels, resolving complex issues and ensuring continued client satisfaction post-implementation
 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Five plus (5+) years of experience in technical implementation of Supply chain planning software
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in supply chain is preferred
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with PostgreSQL as well as JSON and XML
• Proficiency in Python a plus
• Salesforce and Tableau experience a plus
• Understanding of data integration techniques and ETL tools (e.g., Pentaho, Talend, Informatica, or Mulesoft), a plus
• Must be a self-starter and highly motivated individual who is looking to make a career in supply chain management
• Demonstrated analytic problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with international clients
• Ability to work independently and work non-standard hours to accommodate globally dispersed teams and clients
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Relevant certifications, preferred:
o SQL: PostgreSQL Associate Certification or Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate
o NoSQL and JSON: MongoDB Certified Developer Associate or Couchbase NoSQL

Airswift is seeking a Solution Architect to work in Bogotá, Colombia, with a major a healthcare IT consulting company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consult on all the activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation to meet client’s needs
• Provide supervision, technical leadership, and mentorship to implementation teams
• Assess current system architecture and business process working with client business and IT staff to recommend solutions to improve leveraging capabilities
• Support preparation of use cases, business requirements, business processes and functional requirements for implementation projects
• Design system integration and data requirements; assist in system architecture decision
• Create detailed solution design documents, including system architecture, integration patterns, and data flows
• Design customizations that extend the core functionality of the platform, addressing unique client requirements
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of proposed solutions
• Define and document the system testing approach
• Lead the technical deployment process, ensuring smooth transition from development to production environments
• Support creation of functional training
• Resolve technical problems during implementation
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance product offerings
• Contribute to the development of reusable components and accelerators to improve implementation efficiency
• Develop compelling software demos, showcasing key features and benefits of the solution to potential clients

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum eight (8) years of experience deploying Supply Chain Management software with focus on Supply Chain Planning including Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply, Distribution Planning, and Production Planning
• Understand statistical forecasting for Supply Chain
• Demonstrated ability to transform business needs into technical solution requirements
• Understanding of machine learning and AI applications in supply chain
• Ability to design and conduct data validation programs
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Proficiency in Python a plus
• Knowledge of data integration patterns and ETL processes (Talend or Pentaho a plus)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of cloud architectures, preferably with AWS certification
• Experience in creating and delivering software demos
• Exceptional analytical and data analysis skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with international clients
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Must possess maturity and customer facing skills required to manage complex projects
• Must be a self-starter and highly motivated individual who is looking to make a career in supply chain management
• Quick thinker with proven decision-making and organizational skills
• Must be flexible to work non-standard hours to accommodate globally dispersed teams and clients
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, preferred
