Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives within budget and timeline constraints.
- Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to optimize project execution.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the petrochemical industry.
- Proven track record of managing EPC projects with budgets ranging from several thousand to tens of millions of dollars.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile).
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
