Job Description: Field Coordinator (Night Shift 6pm-6am)
As a Field Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during our night shift. Key responsibilities include:
- Must have a TWIC card.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Serve as the point of contact between the field and other departments.
- Coordinate and prioritize fieldwork.
- Escort trucks onsite.
- Assist co-workers with problem-solving and troubleshooting inquiries pertaining to shipments arriving and departing the site.
Additional Duties:
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of all onsite activities, including shipments and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures throughout the field operations.
- Provide real-time updates and reports to management on the progress and any issues encountered during the shift.
