Louise joined Airswift in 2011 working within the Europe and Africa region before becoming responsible for Human Resources across all regions.
In her current role as SVP, People & Culture, Louise partners with leadership and local HR teams to ensure that talent opportunities are maximised to deliver strategic initiatives and business objectives. She is valued across the business as a cultural leader and someone who lives and breathes our values
Louise has an MBA, an MSc in Human Resource Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Adopting a commercial approach, Louise create a progressive, results-oriented and rewarding culture - putting people at the forefront of the company’s strategy. In her spare time, Louise loves reading, chocolate and hiking – in that order!
