Louise Bancroft

Louise joined Airswift in 2011 and is responsible for leading the company's global people strategy. As a member of the executive leadership team, she partners with leaders across the business to ensure Airswift has the talent, leadership capability and culture required to deliver its growth ambitions.

Known for combining a commercial mindset with a people-focused approach, Louise works closely with leaders to support organisational growth, transformation and high performance across Airswift's global operations.

Louise holds an MBA, an MSc in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.

I'm passionate about helping individuals, teams and organisations reach their potential. Seeing people grow, take on new challenges and achieve things they didn't think possible is one of the most rewarding parts of my role. 

Which Airswift value(s) do you think are particularly important and why?

Growth. I've always believed people are capable of far more than they realise. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is helping individuals, teams and leaders grow in confidence, capability and impact. The same is true for organisations. When we create the right environment and opportunities, people thrive, businesses perform and everyone benefits.
