Offshore Structures Engineer - Staad.Pro & SACS
Missions:
• Modeling of the offshore steel structure on Staad Pro & SACS
• Regulatory checks of the structure in transport fatigue
• Design of possible reinforcements and modifications to be made
• Writing the calculation report summarizing the results of the calculation
• Transfer of the information necessary for the development of the structural plans
Required:
? Mastery of the specificities of offshore structural design and calculation.
? Mastery of the know-how of offshore installations.
? Mastery of applicable codes (API, AISC, etc.).
? Knowledge of Staad Pro & SACS offshore structural analysis software.
- Ability to apply project procedures:
- From the point of view of respect for the circulation of documents.
- From the point of view of the strict application of the procedures for the execution of tasks.
? Ability to work with the standards, rules and study instructions of the project concerned.
Technical English comprehension (reading/understanding of technical documents).
? Technical reporting capacity to the Business Manager.
For this mission, the SERVICE PROVIDER must put in place personnel with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an offshore structural engineer on offshore topside EPC projects. Calculation experience on Staad Pro and SACS software is necessary and mandatory.
