About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Specialist to join our team in Kwinana. This role is ideal for someone with strong data management skills and a passion for operational excellence. You’ll play a key role in supporting terminal operations through effective planning, data analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyse operational data to support terminal product planning activities
  • Utilise Microsoft Excel to create graphs, trends, and reports for decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate scheduling and product quality
  • Support oil counting and inventory tracking processes
  • Assist in maintaining high standards of data integrity and reporting accuracy

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative or planning roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data analysis and graph creation)
  • Experience with Power BI is an advantage
  • Technical background is beneficial
  • Prior experience in oil & gas or related industries is preferred
  • Knowledge of product quality, scheduling, or oil counting is a plus
  • Excellent attitude and willingness to learn
  • Must be available for face-to-face interviews
  • Familiarity with governance and compliance standards (e.g., ABC/AML, trade sanctions).

Desirable:

  • Tertiary qualification in procurement, supply chain, business, or finance.
  • Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPM).
  • Experience in energy, industrial, or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, or other procurement systems.
  • Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or ISO standards.
  • Participation in procurement forums or industry events.
