About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Specialist to join our team in Kwinana. This role is ideal for someone with strong data management skills and a passion for operational excellence. You’ll play a key role in supporting terminal operations through effective planning, data analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyse operational data to support terminal product planning activities
- Utilise Microsoft Excel to create graphs, trends, and reports for decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate scheduling and product quality
- Support oil counting and inventory tracking processes
- Assist in maintaining high standards of data integrity and reporting accuracy
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative or planning roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data analysis and graph creation)
- Experience with Power BI is an advantage
- Technical background is beneficial
- Prior experience in oil & gas or related industries is preferred
- Knowledge of product quality, scheduling, or oil counting is a plus
- Excellent attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be available for face-to-face interviews
- Familiarity with governance and compliance standards (e.g., ABC/AML, trade sanctions).
Desirable:
- Tertiary qualification in procurement, supply chain, business, or finance.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPM).
- Experience in energy, industrial, or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, or other procurement systems.
- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or ISO standards.
- Participation in procurement forums or industry events.
