Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support including document preparation, filing, record keeping, and data entry.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and support event or conference arrangements.
- Answer and route calls/emails professionally; serve as a point of contact for internal and external queries.
- Assist with mail distribution, supply coordination, and office-related requests.
- Support preparation of reports, tracking sheets, presentations, and basic data analysis.
- Coordinate and help standardise administrative processes across the team to enhance efficiency.
- Assist with special projects including gathering, compiling, retrieving, and organising information.
- Identify potential issues and escalate appropriately, working closely with the team to resolve them.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative or coordination role preferred (but open to early?career applicants with strong potential).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email/calendar systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
