We are seeking a highly flexible, adaptable, and motivated Administrative Assistant to support the smooth running of daily operations. You will play a key role in centralising administrative activities across the team, gaining exposure to a wide range of tasks and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support including document preparation, filing, record keeping, and data entry.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and support event or conference arrangements.
  • Answer and route calls/emails professionally; serve as a point of contact for internal and external queries.
  • Assist with mail distribution, supply coordination, and office-related requests.
  • Support preparation of reports, tracking sheets, presentations, and basic data analysis.
  • Coordinate and help standardise administrative processes across the team to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist with special projects including gathering, compiling, retrieving, and organising information.
  • Identify potential issues and escalate appropriately, working closely with the team to resolve them.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role preferred (but open to early?career applicants with strong potential).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email/calendar systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
