Job Purpose:

• Lead and manage AIM activities across project lifecycle, ensuring integration of maintenance, reliability, and inspection programs. The role provides technical assurance on maintenance, reliability, integrity and process safety matters.

Responsibilities:

• Lead AIM execution aligned with corporate strategies.

• Liaise with Project Team, ORA Manager and Corporate AIM.

• Develop and implement AIM strategies.

• Review and comment on DDE deliverables and participate in workshops.

• Review and approve AIM deliverables.

• Ensure compliance with standards & regulations.

• Manage AIM SOW and specifications.

• Monitor and report AIM progress.

• Control AIM budget and prevent cost overruns.

Requirements

• Open for Malaysian only

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, Electrical, Instrumentation). Master's is an advantage.

• 8+ years O&G, FPSO/FSO preferred.

• Proven AIM project experience.

• Proficient in API/ISO standards.

• Leadership and analytical skills.
