Airswift is looking for an
Alloy Welder
to work in a contractor position in Macaé for an oil and gas company specializing in the supply of subsea equipment.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Onshore welder with occasional offshore work.
Experience in TIG welding on pipe walls with small outside diameter/thickness.
Experience in welding SSSD, Nitronic, or Inconel.
Experience in welding check valves or components where internal purging is restricted.
Professional with experience with subsea or pressurized equipment.
Ensures that all internal equipment is calibrated and maintains an adequate stock of welding consumables.
Ensures that welding is performed according to the WPS (Welding Procedure Specification).
Welds various metals (alloys) to form the final product.
Experience in welding metal alloys.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of TIG welding
Knowledge of welding SSSD, Nitronic or Inconel
Intermediate English would be a plus
