Role Overview
HSE Champion: Demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding HSE, ensuring compliance with site security, health, and safety instructions while maintaining awareness of hazards.
Reporting Guardian: Report any issues or anomalies to the CPY FPSO Manager, using established systems and policies to uphold safety standards.
Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for the FPSO CPY Project team, facilitating all assistance and secretarial activities for the Package Manager and team.
Welcoming Coordinator: Organize the welcoming and onboarding process for new team members, ensuring smooth logistics in coordination with the assistant.
Visitor Guide: Welcome and guide visitors, managing access to CTR Offices with professionalism and efficiency.
Mission Organizer: Coordinate missions and travel for the CPY FPSO team, handling logistics, visa procurement, and timely expense processing.
Directory Maintainer: Keep the FPSO Directory updated, tracking absence, presence, missions, and other essential information.
Control & Validation Specialist: Oversee pre-validation processes in MIR for external personnel, including time sheets and expense notes.
Agenda Organizer: Manage the FPSO Package Manager’s agenda, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth operations.
Paperwork Manager: Type, register, and manage essential paperwork for the FPSO team as required.
Office Supplies Coordinator: Collaborate with FPSO Contractor’s Assistants to manage office supplies and maintain communication regarding office matters.
Meeting Organizer: Assist in organizing meetings and associated logistics in collaboration with the assistant.
Information Dispatcher: Receive and dispatch project information and new procedures in close cooperation with the assistant.
Skills & Qualifications
Fluent in English (master level); proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Proficient in TotalEnergies tools such as Treck, Giseh, iDeal, WeCare, and Sharepoints’ environment.
Extensive knowledge of HSE protocols and practices.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules and logistics.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
Education & Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the industry and discipline, with a preference for project experience.
