The role
Due to organic growth within their structures division in Brisbane they are currently searching for an experienced Associate Structural Engineer for a technical focused role to work on a range of buildings projects within QLD including retail, healthcare, mixed use and high rise developments.
Working closely with the QLD Building Structures Lead, this role will be the technical lead on a range of complex building structures projects as well as guidance and mentorship of junior staff whilst also contributing to the overall culture of the team.
This role will work closely with their clients as well as the broader structures and civil team and will give technical guidance and solutions on a broads range of project types.

The requirements
- Degree in Structural Engineering
- 7 years + Experience in the structural design of buildings projects
- RPEQ is essential
- Desire to lead the technical side of projects
- Experience working in the Australian market is a must
