Airswift is searching for an Automation & Electrical Lead to support maintenance, reliability, and optimization of electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems in an industrial plant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Supervise and mentor E&I Technicians; promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Diagnose and resolve automation, PLC, SCADA, and instrumentation issues.
- Ensure compliance with HSSE guidelines, NFPA/IEC standards, and electrical safety procedures.
- Oversee calibration, loop tuning, and documentation of control systems.
- Participate in shutdown/TAR planning and execution.
- Recommend automation improvements and energy?efficiency initiatives.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Proficiency with PLCs, SCADA, CMMS, and electrical/automation troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety practices, and instrumentation standards.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and leadership skills.
