Airswift is seeking an Automation Technician to support field operations for a leading energy organization. This role is highly hands?on and involves installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of plant and field instrumentation and control equipment. The position requires routine outdoor field work and participation in a rotational on?call schedule to support after?hours operational needs.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control devices using loop drawings and P&IDs.
Maintain and troubleshoot low?voltage (<50V) instruments and end devices such as transmitters, guided wave radars, valves, switches, and sensors.
Troubleshoot and maintain communication equipment including radio systems and various network switches.
Service and support a range of common control equipment including Allen?Bradley PLCs, ROC 827, FB3000, and various HMIs.
Participate in field walkdowns, corrective actions, and equipment evaluations to ensure proper functionality and compliance.
Support implementation of system improvements, calibrations, and operational upgrades as required.
Coordinate with operations and engineering teams to ensure safe and reliable execution of maintenance activities.
