Position Overview

This position is suited to candidates looking to provide administrative and operational support in a dynamic Oil & Gas environment. The role involves data entry, helpdesk operations, and query handling, following standardized routines under direct supervision in a B2B/B2C context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply administrative methods and techniques to deliver support in standard helpdesk and query resolution functions.
  • Conduct accurate data entry and handle fundamental and repetitive administrative tasks.
  • Respond to standard, low-complexity questions and issues using provided work instructions.
  • Work in accordance with standardized procedures with close oversight from senior colleagues or management.
  • Ensure effective and courteous collection and provision of information within the team and with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience delivering administrative support or working within a helpdesk environment (preferably within technical or O&G sectors).
  • Demonstrable ability to follow standardized work instructions and routines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and query handling.

Key Competencies

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Professional communication skills, with courtesy and tact in providing/collecting information.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a supervised team and escalate complex items appropriately.
