Business Analyst to support the implementation, rollout, and transition of a Common Data Environment (CDE) platform within a major offshore grid programme. This role focuses on stabilising platform usage, implementing defined improvements, supporting users, and preparing for a future system migration.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and support the rollout of existing improvement requests and functional adjustments within the CDE.
- Align priorities with the Product Owner and user groups to ensure stable day-to-day platform use.
- Support planning and coordination of data and process migration activities.
- Prepare migration scripts, checklists, execution plans, and testing protocols.
- Guide or perform functional and technical migration testing.
- Provide clear work instructions and process guidance for end users.
- Handle service requests and process improvements.
- Document system changes, decisions, and work processes using Jira and Teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in complex infrastructure or capital project environments.
- Proven experience with data and process migration.
- Familiarity with document management systems in infrastructure projects.
- Experience with CDE platforms (excluding SharePoint-only experience).
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Professional fluency in Dutch and English.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and independent working skills.
- Ability to operate across multiple simultaneous project environments.
