Our client, a major Oil and gas company, is looking for a Business Analyst V to work on a long term contract in Houston, TX.
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, proactive Business Analyst to support our legal technology platforms, including DocuSign and Ironclad. This role requires a self-starter who can drive process improvements, manage complex workflows, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize legal processes and contracting workflows.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements and user stories.
- Configure, test, and maintain CLM tools (primarily Ironclad) and related platforms.
- Manage Docusign, specifically as an admin
- Provide training, support, and performance monitoring for legal technology solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Manage multiple initiatives in an Agile environment and groom backlog as needed.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in legal or contracting domains.
- Expertise with CLM tools (Ironclad), DocuSign, and process automation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., ADO).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
