- Provide local insights and coordination, acting as liaison between contractors, the team, and Iraqi authorities.
- Deliver and follow up on key documents, letters, and communications with Iraqi government entities and local institutions.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events across various offices and locations.
- Prepare project reports, timelines, and regular updates for management.
- Act as translator and interpreter (English–Arabic) when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Self?starter with strong results orientation and the ability to engage senior stakeholders and build effective business relationships.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a relevant coordination or project support role.
