Job Title: CCMS Coordinator
Location: Hope Downs 1 Sustaining Project
Roster: 2:1 FIFO roster, 11-hour days
Duration: 12+ months
Reports To: Commissioning Manager (on-site)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced CCMS Coordinator to join our team on the Hope Downs 1 Sustaining Project. This role is responsible for overseeing and facilitating on-site CCMS and handover activities, ensuring compliance with procedural and governance requirements, and supporting completions teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate the CCMS system in line with project governance requirements.
- Oversee and facilitate on-site CCMS and handover activities.
- Support completions teams and CCMS processes.
- Create, assist, or validate plans and procedures; streamline and improve work processes.
- Provide coordination, support, and governance for punch listing processes.
- Validate work packs and test packs for shutdowns and tie-ins.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the administration and coordination of CCMS systems in a FIFO capacity.
- Demonstrated competency with office computer software packages, computer systems, and databases.
- Proven experience supporting CCMS processes and completions teams.
- Strong understanding of procedural and governance requirements for CCMS systems.
- Ability to work in a high-paced site environment and manage multiple priorities.
