Role Overview
- Setting up and monitoring various databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Managing and monitoring execution documents to maintain compliance with project standards.
- Utilizing Janus software to track and report on study progress effectively.
- Collaborating closely with the Civil Engineering Project Manager to ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Continuously monitoring project developments, identifying modifications, and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
- Ensuring compliance with document circulation rules and task execution procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven expertise as a document controller within the Civil Engineering department.
- Technical mastery of databases and understanding of task sequences.
- Ability to apply project procedures and maintain strict compliance with execution protocols.
- Strong understanding of technical English, particularly in reading and comprehending technical documents.
- Excellent reporting skills to communicate effectively with the Project Manager.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in database management or civil engineering advantageous.
- Experience in a similar role within the civil engineering sector.
