Role Overview

  • Setting up and monitoring various databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Managing and monitoring execution documents to maintain compliance with project standards.
  • Utilizing Janus software to track and report on study progress effectively.
  • Collaborating closely with the Civil Engineering Project Manager to ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Continuously monitoring project developments, identifying modifications, and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
  • Ensuring compliance with document circulation rules and task execution procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven expertise as a document controller within the Civil Engineering department.
  • Technical mastery of databases and understanding of task sequences.
  • Ability to apply project procedures and maintain strict compliance with execution protocols.
  • Strong understanding of technical English, particularly in reading and comprehending technical documents.
  • Excellent reporting skills to communicate effectively with the Project Manager.

Education & Experience

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in database management or civil engineering advantageous.
  • Experience in a similar role within the civil engineering sector.
