Location: FIFO from Perth (2:1 roster)
Duration: 12-month contract

Project location: Pilbara, WA
Overview:
Overseeing critical earthworks packages. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring autonomy, safety focus, and strong site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead site teams to deliver works per schedule and quality standards
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and specs
- Manage site logistics, housekeeping, and materials handling
- Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct site visits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with stakeholders without dedicated schedulers or cost controllers
Requirements:
- 8+ years in civil supervision, preferably in mining infrastructure
- Experience with EPCM environments
- Strong earthworks and construction methodology knowledge
- Section 44 Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence
- Proven safety leadership and stakeholder management skills
