Join a leading energy company as a Commercial Agreements Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in managing joint ventures and commercial agreements in the dynamic oil and gas sector, particularly focusing on the Papua LNG project.
Role Overview
- Address commercial agreements and matters concerning joint ventures.
- Support the JV team in preparation for Final Investment Decision (FID) for Papua LNG.
- Provide commercial and negotiation guidance to the JV team.
- Lead commercial tasks and negotiations with co-venturers as needed.
- Support Business Development teams with strategic insights and analysis.
- Assist in developing and implementing commercial agreements for the Papua LNG project.
- Participate in the setup of the Papua LNG Company, supporting governance and reporting.
Skills & Qualifications
- Documentation: Proficient in managing documentation related to commercial agreements.
- Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills to assess business operations and financial reporting.
- Administration & Document Control Systems: Experience in maintaining document control systems.
- Joint Venture Monitoring: Ability to monitor and manage joint venture activities effectively.
- Contracts Terms & Review: Expertise in reviewing and negotiating contract terms.
- Business Development: Skills in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Marketing: Understanding of marketing strategies within the energy sector.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Experience: 10-15+ years in international joint ventures, commercial agreements, and negotiations within the Oil & Gas sector.
