Join a leading energy company as a Commercial Agreements Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in managing joint ventures and commercial agreements in the dynamic oil and gas sector, particularly focusing on the Papua LNG project.

Role Overview

  • Address commercial agreements and matters concerning joint ventures.
  • Support the JV team in preparation for Final Investment Decision (FID) for Papua LNG.
  • Provide commercial and negotiation guidance to the JV team.
  • Lead commercial tasks and negotiations with co-venturers as needed.
  • Support Business Development teams with strategic insights and analysis.
  • Assist in developing and implementing commercial agreements for the Papua LNG project.
  • Participate in the setup of the Papua LNG Company, supporting governance and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Documentation: Proficient in managing documentation related to commercial agreements.
  • Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills to assess business operations and financial reporting.
  • Administration & Document Control Systems: Experience in maintaining document control systems.
  • Joint Venture Monitoring: Ability to monitor and manage joint venture activities effectively.
  • Contracts Terms & Review: Expertise in reviewing and negotiating contract terms.
  • Business Development: Skills in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Marketing: Understanding of marketing strategies within the energy sector.

Education & Experience

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10-15+ years in international joint ventures, commercial agreements, and negotiations within the Oil & Gas sector.
