Construction Advisor – Camp & Civils (APF Tie-In Project)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Advisor to provide day-to-day oversight for the APF Tie-In Project. This role will initially focus on Temporary Camp Installation and later transition to Civils oversight for project facilities. You will ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost compliance across all construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee contractor installation, commissioning, and civil works in line with scopes and contractual obligations.
- Review JHA/SWMS for all activities to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor progress, validate records, and maintain daily activity logs.
- Ensure effective implementation of HSS and Environmental Management Plans.
- Interface with QA/QC teams and ensure adherence to project quality requirements.
- Comply with Santos Management System, DOA, and corporate governance standards.
Essential Experience:
- 10+ years in construction roles within upstream oil & gas.
- Proven experience in brownfield projects and civil infrastructure.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with PTW systems and remote site logistics.
- Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
Preferred:
- FIFO experience in PNG or similar environments.
- Santos site experience highly regarded.
- Certifications: White Card, First Aid, CPR; HRW, WAH, Confined Space (advantageous).
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent trade experience.
