Role Purpose:

The Construction Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities for the construction of a Bundle Base in the Alat Area. The role ensures that construction is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction management within Oil & Gas projects.

  • Proven experience in site development, camp construction, and industrial facilities.

  • Strong knowledge of HSEQ standards and local regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple contractors and stakeholders.
  • Commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution

  • Implement construction execution plans, schedules.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Oversee site preparation, civil works, structural, mechanical, and electrical installations.
  • Site Management

  • Act as Client  representative onsite,
  • Supervise construction activities for:

  • Main Base: Pipe storage yard, welding and testing workshops, maintenance facilities.
  • Site Camp: Office building, accommodation units, canteen, utilities, and supporting infrastructure.
  • Interface and coordinate with EPC Contractors.
  • Management of change, with support from the office.
  • Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce HSE standards and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks.
  • Quality Assurance

  • Monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate inspections and testing with QA/QC teams.

    • Team Leadership

    • Manage Client  Site team and EPC Contractors.
    • Resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
  • Reporting

  • Provide daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.
  • Track and report on schedule, cost, and resource utilization
