Role Purpose:
The Construction Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities for the construction of a Bundle Base in the Alat Area. The role ensures that construction is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction management within Oil & Gas projects.
Proven experience in site development, camp construction, and industrial facilities.
- Strong knowledge of HSEQ standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Implement construction execution plans, schedules.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Oversee site preparation, civil works, structural, mechanical, and electrical installations.
Site Management
Supervise construction activities for:
Safety & Compliance
Quality Assurance
Coordinate inspections and testing with QA/QC teams.
Team Leadership
- Manage Client Site team and EPC Contractors.
- Resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
