Airswift is seeking a Construction Supervisor on behalf of a major client in the Oil & Gas industry.
Role Overview:
The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising civil and electromechanical works safely and efficiently. This includes early works, site preparation, structures, foundations, piping, electrical and instrumentation installation/testing, ensuring compliance with project schedules, costs, and quality standards. The role requires close interaction with Maintenance, Production, Facilities, HSES teams, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor progress of scheduled activities and prepare reports for decision-making.
- Review technical documentation, drawings, and contractor estimates.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate interfaces between multiple contractors and internal departments.
- Oversee quality control of installations and materials.
- Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities as per project scope.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision within Oil & Gas projects.
- Strong knowledge of national and international codes and standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manage project documentation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
