Contracts Administrator – 12-Month Contract
Location: Melbourne
Duration: 12 months (potential to extend)
Roster: 5/2 (Monday to Friday)
Positions Available: 7
We’re looking for proactive Contracts Administrators to support a high-performing team in Melbourne. These roles are part of a major operatorship transition project and offer the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and amend service requests and entries in SAP
- Liaise with contractor reps to resolve PO and invoice issues
- Provide contract status reports and ensure records management
- Support compliance with procurement, controls, and business requirements
- Assist Accounts Payable and coordinate contractor performance evaluations
- Collaborate with Contract Advisors and Procurement on renewals and resolutions
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in contract administration within large or complex organisations
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract terms
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and in multicultural environments
