The Role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and supporting project delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and administer contracts and subcontracts
- Manage progress claims, variations, and purchase orders
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project budgets and timelines
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
About You
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in contract administration within construction
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and legislation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
