Contracts Advisor - Digital & Technology
Location: Perth
Duration: 12-month contract (subjects to extension)
Working closely with the Contracts & Procurement (C&P) Manager and the Team Lead – Enterprise Digital / IT, you will lead sourcing and contracting activities that support the diverse Digital & Technology needs of a top?ten global energy company.
This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast?paced environment, enjoys stakeholder engagement, and has strong commercial acumen across technology categories.
Duties & Responsibilities

Lead end?to?end sourcing activities across Digital & Technology pillars, including:
- Reserves & Subsurface
- Technology & Innovation
- Telecommunications
- IT
- Cybersecurity
- Digital / AI
- Enterprise Systems
- Capital project technology requirements
Engage stakeholders to understand business requirements and advise on:
Conduct all sourcing activities in a highly ethical, compliant, and professional manner, consistent with procurement governance standards
Skills & Experience
- University degree in business, finance, supply chain, or related discipline, or equivalent experience in contracting and procurement
- Demonstrated experience procuring technology products, services, and solutions, or the ability to rapidly adapt existing procurement expertise to a new category
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage at all organisational levels
- Highly organised self?starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Positive, proactive team player who works effectively with people from varied disciplines and backgrounds
- Strong understanding of procurement ethics, governance, and responsible sourcing principles
