We are seeking an experienced Contract Engineer to support an e

?

NG development project. This role is pivotal in managing contract strategy, administration, negotiation, and compliance across the Pre

?

Project and FEED phases, with possible involvement during EPC execution. The successful candidate will support tendering activities, ensure alignment with company rules and regulatory frameworks, and contribute to effective project delivery within a large international consortium environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, manage, and administer all contracts issued by the project during the Pre

    ?

    Project and FEED phases.

  • Manage the CCFT FEED Contract and support the preparation of Execution Contracts.

  • Assist the CCFT Manager in technical and commercial clarifications during the FEED CCFT.

  • Support the Engineering Manager throughout FEED execution.

  • Ensure all tendering and contractual activities comply with regulations, internal procedures, and TotalEnergies rules.

  • Prepare and maintain all procedures related to contract management.

  • Organize and participate in technical and commercial clarification meetings.

  • Lead contract negotiations and prepare Recommendations to Award (RTA).

  • Support the Project Control Manager with small contract placement and contract

    related tasks.

  • Prepare, track, and maintain variation orders and the variation register.

  • Assist the Project Control Manager with claims, disputes, and negotiation matters.

  • Advise Project Leadership on all matters related to contract administration and contractual risk.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience.

  • At least 10 years of experience within the energy industry.

  • Strong understanding of contract negotiation, tendering processes, and contract law principles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

  • Strong English communication skills and ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
