Airswift is seeking a Contracts Specialist to work in Guyana on a 12 months position with a Oil and Gas Company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES?
--Support line management for corporate / project contracts team for contracts with responsibility for management of logs and files (both in terms of a central database and hard copy filing systems as required incl. organizing and maintaining the accuracy of information therein) in a systematic manner to allow for easy access.
--Assist the pre-client contract award i.e., during pre-FEED / FEED as well as during the proposal phase for seeking proposals from subcontractors. Post client contract award, preparation of RFQs/RFPs for low risk and/or small size contracts, and work on them independently. To monitor the prequalification of new subcontractors as well as re-vetting of existing or expired subcontractors within the MODEC approved list of subcontractors. ----Lead negotiations and manage low risk contracts. Exposure to negotiations and drafting of low & medium risk contracts. Drafting of internal approval sheet and obtaining the various levels of approval for all contracts. Responsible for managing low risk and/or small-size contracts and supporting commercial / contracts negotiations. ----Post award subcontract management, drafting and/or review and approval of subcontract notices, amendments, change requests and change orders formalization of subcontract closeout.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS?
Minimum of seven (7) years professional experience on procurement activities;
Fluent English;
Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.), Power Bi and ERP;
Knowledge of SAP Ariba or other CLM platform is an advantage.
