Airswift is looking for a Control System Software Engineer to work in a contractor position in Macaé for an oil and gas company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This professional will support the design and development of control solutions
Assist in the development and implementation of software for the company's control systems and products.
Support the seamless integration of solutions with other products and systems
Maintain comprehensive documentation and apply diligent configuration management practices to software products.
Collaborate closely with the after-sales team to support our installed base.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation and Control Systems, Computing, Mechatronics or related field
HMI software (e.g. WinCC, Cimplicity)
Programming languages (e.g. VBA, C++, C#)
Siemens PLC platforms using Simatic Classic / TIA Portal and DasyLab.
PLC languages: FEB, STL, SCL and other structural languages
Experience with:
Industrial networks: Profinet, Ethernet, Profibus, Modbus
Process and/or machine control systems in an industrial environment
Application in the oil and gas sector, especially offshore drilling equipment and pressure control systems
Familiarity with:
SCADA systems
Database management (e.g. SQL)
Instrumentation and electrical circuits (preferred)
Advanced English – required
