Site Role on Exciting data Centre project!
A CSA Lead is required to support a large
?
scale technical construction project. The role will oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural works on site and ensure coordination, quality, and compliance throughout project execution. The location is in Päijät-Häme, Finland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all CSA activities on site.
- Manage subcontractors and monitor progress against schedule.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Resolve technical issues related to civil, structural, and architectural elements.
- Conduct inspections and report on installation progress.
- Interface with project management and other discipline leads.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a CSA Lead, CSA Manager, or equivalent role.
- Strong background in civil, structural, or architectural works on large

scale projects.
- Understanding of safety and quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and oversee on

site execution.
- Ability to work full

time on site for the contract duration.
