Customer Contract Specialist

Airswift is seeking for a Customer Contract Specialist to work with our client based in IRAQ
Location: BASRA, IRAQ
Contract Duration: 18 months
Qualifications:
- Engineering or Technical College degree
- Fluent/Average English Speaker
Responsibilities:
- Day to day customer support on technical issues and operations.
- Support maintenance activities planning and preparation by acting as a coordinator/facilitator between customer and Company for all actions and processes required for outage execution.
- Support Parts delivery to site, follow up on logistics and receiving parts with customer.
- Support ongoing maintenance activities and act as main point of contact between multiple parties (Field Services Team, Customer, O&M) and make sure everything on the ground is on track
- Support on repairs by making parts available in coordination with customers including packing and making parts ready for export, this includes all approvals and paperwork needed until parts are delivered to Company workshop and then back to customer.
- Follow up on customer obligations and track their progress to avoid any intersection with Company work and activities.
- Support other mini projects on same site
- Follow up on warranty claims and non-conformities raised by customer
Preferred requirements for candidates to have:
- Familiar with O&G field and Departments of Ministry of Oil
- Average Knowledge of Gas Turbines, Rotating Equipment, and Energy Production
- Average Knowledge in Maintenance Activities of Gas Turbines
- Average Knowledge in Contract management and Executions
- Basic Knowledge of Financials
- Basic Knowledge in EHS and safety
