Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organised records.
- Create and manage documents to support operational workflows.
- Work within a SaaS environment to ensure smooth travel-related processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
Must-Have Skills:
- Exceptional administrative and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms (experience with travel management tools is a plus).
- Previous experience in remote freelance setups.
