The Intermediate Energy Trading Systems Developer is responsible for providing functional and technical support for the MRM application suite, including associated processes and systems. Key applications include Openlink Endur.

Working in a fast-paced environment in the Corporate Development department, the Technical Manager will work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver across multiple workstreams.
What You Will Do
- Participate in delivering projects within the MRM Systems portfolio, ensuring scope, requirements, testing, and quality align with intended business outcomes.
- Partner and coordinate with vendor partners and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Document and provide input to solution estimates and project scope for business-specific needs.
- Support cross-functional project teams, internal and external partners, vendors, and consultants as required.
- Provide front?line application support to Commodity, Risk, and Settlement teams in their day?to?day usage of enterprise systems.
- Support ongoing modernization and simplification of MRM applications and the broader technology portfolio.
- Communicate with business clients regarding system availability, functionality, and processes.
- Liaise with various IT service providers (AMS, DBAs, Storage, Networking, etc.) to help implement solutions.
- Provide analysis, support, and coordination to ensure MRM systems meet user needs and maximize overall effectiveness.
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities and recommend them to management.
- Apply technical knowledge to support a suite of ETRM systems.
Who You Are
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in IT processes, business management, and/or project management.
- Experience supporting Commodity Marketing, Risk Management, and Settlement functions is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst, with an ability to quickly understand business requirements and provide impactful recommendations.
- Strong aptitude for independent work, paired with excellent communication skills.
- Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influence, and leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and lead change.
- Working knowledge of Openlink Endur/Findur is preferred. Experience with Allegro, Eka, or RightAngle is considered an asset.
