We are looking for a structured and customer?oriented Dispatcher to ensure the efficient planning and execution of transportation activities. The role focuses on coordinating internal and external truck operations, acting as the primary point of contact for agricultural customers, and supporting seamless collaboration between operations and support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Coordination
Coordinate daily transport activities between operations and support teams
Plan and ensure the safe execution of transports using both internal and external vehicles
Monitor transports end?to?end, from plant departure to delivery at farmers and return to the plant
Support Operations Managers in connection with driver meetings
Participate in operational and customer meetings
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the first point of contact for agricultural customers
Maintain daily communication with customers and internal stakeholders
Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction
Administrative & Reporting Tasks
Perform bookkeeping and transport?related administrative tasks
Prepare reports and documentation for operational follow?up
Use Excel and internal systems as part of daily workflows
Qualifications & Experience
Education & Background
Education as a Transport Manager, Transport Planner, Freight Forwarder, or similar
Professional experience within Logistics and Supply Chain
Experience from biogas, production, or similar industries is an advantage, but not a requirement
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and planning skills
High level of collaboration and stakeholder management capability
Customer?focused mindset with clear and effective communication skills
Ability to work independently in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
Comfortable working in an interdisciplinary setting
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong Excel skills (required)
Knowledge of Business Central and/or P3 Routing is an advantage
Languages
Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
Requirements
Master's degree in engineering, science, or a related quality discipline, with a focus on quality management or relevant field.
IRCA 9001 Lead Auditor.
Tap Root Lead investigator.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry in Quality function.
Minimum 10 years of Project and/or Operations Experience with good understanding of Project/Operations Management Fundamentals, lifecycle and assurance processes.
You contribute to the Quality development and digitalization in the Company.
You drive implementation of Quality tools/processes to support quality improvement.
You develop and conduct training related to Quality activities.
You develop and improve Company Quality processes and tools.
You promote Quality Culture through campaigns/trainings.
You provide quality advice and support to the Organization.
You lead and/or conduct internal and external verifications/audits, and ensure that appropriate corrective actions are identified and effectively implemented.
You take part in incident investigations.
You assist in monitoring and reporting quality performance throughout the Product Lifecycle.
