Role Overview
Technical Support Specialist: Apply your specialized understanding of electrical engineering to provide total technical support within the MTAC organization, ensuring seamless system changes and processes.
Adaptability Expert: Handle a range of activities within a well-defined area of responsibility, demonstrating your ability to adapt and vary approaches to meet project needs.
Information Analyst: Navigate complex questions and adjust based on multiple information sources, providing informed analyses and recommendations.
Procedure Navigator: Work within established procedures and practices, ensuring progress and results are communicated effectively to management.
Autonomous Contributor: Operate independently within your defined scope while seeking regular guidance on project scope and prioritization.
Mentor and Coach: Share your expertise by coaching less experienced colleagues, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Stakeholder Advisor: Advise internal stakeholders on topics related to your defined area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Skills & Qualifications
Electrical Engineering Expertise: Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles and practices.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex information and provide actionable insights.
Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills, capable of addressing questions with precedents while applying critical thinking.

Education & Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in electrical engineering or project management are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering roles, preferably within the energy sector.
