Location: Spring, TX
Schedule: 7/7, 8/6, or 14/14 (rotating day/night shifts based on need)

Main Functions
- Support field electrical maintenance activities and electrical isolation (Lock Out Tag Out - LOTO) for lighting, air conditioning, and motor maintenance.
- Report to a supervisor or manager while ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to junior staff on complex electrical issues.
- Assemble, test, and modify electrical machinery, control equipment, circuitry, and components per engineering specifications in industrial or commercial settings.
- Diagnose malfunctions or failures and perform preventive/corrective maintenance.
- Record data, analyze issues, and recommend equipment modifications or replacements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Relevant certifications or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication skills to clearly describe field conditions and recommend solutions.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across roles.
- Adaptable to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
