Airswift is seeking an MPO Electrical Implementation Manager to support a major client within the nuclear/industrial

projects sector. This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all implementation activities for one or

more MPO projects, ensuring work is executed safely, with high quality, and in alignment with project scope,

schedule, and regulatory expectations.

The Implementation Manager serves as the central coordination point between Outage Coordination, Project Management, Craft Supervision, Technical Support, Operations, and Site Support groups.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe, event-free work execution following CORE 4 expectations.

  • Conduct safety inspections, observations, and pre?job briefings.

  • Support ALARA goals and monitor fatigue rules.

  • Review and approve vendor safety plans.

  • Assist in detailed schedule development and conduct daily look?ahead meetings.

  • Monitor project status, escalate delays, and maintain ownership of the implementation plan.

  • Coordinate with Operations, planners, Site Support, and engineering teams.

  • Provide updates, support testing/startup, and ensure craft schedule adherence.

  • Coordinate critical skills and resource availability.

  • Lead orientations, tabletop reviews, mockup planning, and FAT attendance.

  • Validate procedures before execution and support craft during installation.

  • Ensure compliance with technical and administrative requirements.

  • Document key events, manage turnovers, and support post?implementation reviews

  • Act as the central coordination/communication point during implementation.

  • Support cost estimates, SOWs, funding packages, and contract preparation.

  • Allocate craft resources and communicate project goals.

  • Develop safety/ALARA/FME plans and review Work Orders/Packages.

  • Manage materials, temporary power needs, and special tools.

  • Coordinate staffing, NAS updates, facility setup, subcontractor alignment, and NCR resolution.

  • Serve as SPOC and develop contingency plans for schedule deviations.
