Join a leading organization in the Oil and Gas industry as an Electrical Maintenance Technician III, where your expertise will contribute to maintaining high operational standards and safety protocols.
Role Overview
- Support field electrical maintenance work and electrical isolation (Lock Out Tag Out) for lighting, air conditioning, and motor maintenance.
- Plan and execute scheduled preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize production impact and maximize operational availability.
- Work with vendors and sub-contractors as required.
- Comply with requirements of MOC for Plant Modifications.
- Apply skills and knowledge efficiently while seeking opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- Promote high SSHE standards and demonstrate responsibility for safety.
- Employ Observation Safety Techniques (OST) to report safe and unsafe acts.
- Participate in responsible waste management systems.
- Attend and participate in the Operations morning shift meeting.
Skills & Qualifications
- Electrical installation expertise.
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles.
- Familiarity with Electrical Codes & Standards.
- Proficient in Electrical Power System Analysis.
- Experience with Maintenance schedules and Preventative Maintenance.
- Knowledge of Predictive Maintenance techniques.
- Effective communication skills for field condition reporting.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: Previous experience in a closely related position, preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Certifications: Discipline appropriate certification(s) or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Proven ability to adapt to tight deadlines and heavy workloads.
